Excellent customer service is integral to the success of any business. In most cases, an apprentice will proactively assist the customer's needs, answer enquiries, deal with complaints and offer information and advice. They need to be professional, polite and consistent at all times as they represent the company.
Customer Service L2
This is a one year apprenticeship.
Pre-requisites:- A minimum of 3 GCSE's in - Maths, English, a Science and I.C.T. at grade C or better is desirable but not essential.
You will be employed with a company for a normal working week and may attend college for workshops if required throughout your training. Your dedicated assessor will visit you at work on a regular basis to observe you in the workplace and to train and support you through the apprenticeship.
In addition you will also work towards a technical certificate which provides you with the underpinning knowledge you will require in your chosen occupation.
You will also have to complete "Key Skills" in Maths and English

This is a one year apprenticeship.
Pre-requisites:- A minimum of 3 GCSE's grades A to C or the equivalent - e.g. NVQ Administration Level 2.
You will be in placement with a company for a normal working week and may attend college for workshops if required throughout your training. Your dedicated assessor will visit you at work on a regular basis to observe you in the workplace and to train and support you through the apprenticeship.
