Years 1 & 2
In the first two years you will work towards obtaining an NVQ Level 2 in Trowel Occupations and evidence of the jobs you do at work will need to be compiled in a Work Evidence Diary.
You will attend college two days per week for the first year or block as required, to work towards the technical certificate in City & Guilds Intermediate Construction Award (ICA), which provides you with the underpinning knowledge you will require in your chosen occupation.
You will also have to complete Level 1 Key Skills in subjects you will not have obtained at school.

Year 3
In year three you will complete an NVQ Level 3 in Trowel Occupations in the workplace and evidence of the jobs you do at work will need to be compiled in a Work Evidence Diary.
You will attend college on block release to complete the technical certificate in City & Guilds Advanced Construction Award (ACA).
You will also have to complete Level 2 Key Skills in subjects you will not have obtained at school.
