14 - 19 and School Leavers - Catering and Hospitality (Part-time)

The catering industry is one of the largest employers in the UK and includes a remarkably wide range of catering operations with a correspondingly wide variety of jobs at all levels.

Students learn their skills in the College's own and very popular restaurant. The College's training restaurant, EAST, is staffed by students learning the art of fine catering and hospitality. Here anyone, whether members of the public or students, can eat a haute cuisine meal served by trainee staff, which you would find at some of the country's finest restaurants, at very competitive prices.
